This is a complete soft skills education program for graduate level participants.
Modules are delivered directly to the participants inbox either weekly or monthly. They will receive a workbook, an accompanying video, and a quiz to complete at the end of this module to gauge their understanding of the material which they have learned.
Every session there is an element in the training relative to the appearance, their behaviour and communication skills which they focus on for.
The information has been developed for male participants so that what they receive is focused on the information which is most relevant to them.
Studies have found that a person's appearance can add 10 to 15% into their wages. Everything from the colours they wear, clothing they chose, maintenance and hygiene are included within this module.
It is a well-known fact that actions speak louder than words. Behaviour covers introductions, business and dining etiquette as well as giving timely advice on goal setting and time management.
1st impressions are primarily communicated through clothing and behaviour. Lasting impressions are supported by the actions and communication skills a person has. Communication covers these elements to insure that the messages that are communicated complement the words that are being said.

Clare Maxfield AICI CIP
Melbourne born Clare Maxfield AICI CIP is an inspiring and entertaining image consultant and speaker who has dedicated her life to the all importance of image and achieving personal goals.
Clare is one of the few Australian Image Consultants to have reached the designation of CIP (Certified Image Professional) within her industry. She is a past AICI (Association of Image Consultants International) International board member, a returning president of the Melbourne Australia chapter and is one of the foundation members of the reformation of the Melbourne chapter in 2003. Clare is the only Australian to be honoured with the Jane Segerstrom Award through AICI in 2008.
Clare is the author of 6 books that are sold and translated into many countries around the world.
Clare is the managing director of her personal consultancy - Clare Maxfield International and has her own make- up range, Maxfield Cosmetics. Clare has joined Image Innovators to bring her wealth of knowledge to aspiring image consultants and to encourage and support them on their journey through training, mentoring and on going support.
Clare spent 3 years running a corporate dressing program for men with over 600 men on her books and developed a successful Personal Branding and Presentation Academy for young graduates.
Her primary goal is to make looking great simple and attainable for everyone. Clare believes that looking your best and presenting yourself professionally is not just for those at the top but also for everyone who wants to succeed.
